Linda,

Your RootsWeb website is a fountain of information. I didn't see any Corvera/Corbera listings. I will check out the Cordero and Cabrera listings in hopes that my Corberas may be linked with these possible spelling variations...

I will continue to view your site for other surnames that appear in my family history search.

A Jerez connection, not that I'm aware of... but since I'm having a hard time locating Corbera connections, it very possible. There appears to be Corvera/Corberas sprinkled through-out Mexico.

No problem with Cordero not being Corbera... there are so many spelling variations I keep telling my husband at this point in my research I'm beginning to believe our last name could even be Smith :-).
