Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has been having problems with Family Search the past couple of days. I'm turning from page to page and it's very blurred and pix-elated for a while til it clears up. I wasn't sure if it's on my end or the site?

Thanks,
Barbara

Family Search

I contacted Family Search re this issue and this was their response:

"Thank you for contacting FamilySearch about the blurred and pix-elated pages.
FamilySearch recently loaded a new image viewer and this may be causing this issue if you are on an older browser. The new image viewer works best with Chrome 21/22, Internet Explorer (IE) 9 or Firefox 15 or higher. In case your computer cannot run IE9, you may wish to try Chrome and in case you do not currently have the Chrome browser on your computer we have included the link for download below".

I am using Firefox 17.0.1. I would like to suggest anyone in the group having this problem should contact Family Search, and perhaps they will attempt to correct it.

Thanks,
Barbara
