  • Group Etiquette: Replying to a DIGEST Message (3)
By makas_nc | Tue, 2010-05-18 15:00

Many members are currently subscribed to the mailing lists in the Digest
Mode. If someone just clicks "reply" and writes a bit of information and
then clicks "send" this will CAUSE PROBLEMS. Please DO NOT do this. Here
is what you should do and even if you don't start the problem you have
it in your control to stop or help stop the problem by changing the
error that was initially created:

1) never reply to a digest without changing the subject to properly
reflect the content of your email
2) never reply to a digest and leave the WHOLE digest intact so it shows
up in your reply. Rather just snip the part your are replying about and
include that with your email.

thanks for your cooperation and it would be great if some of you all
more fluent in Spanish would translate this message.
