it looks like calisto garcia but I don't know what the mother's name is but espinosa is the surname. If you look at the padrinos of your garcia and Arias Hernandez and delgado MH6G-TY7 ID on familysearch.org you will see that their padrinos were a hernandez and garcia maybe they are related, the two garcias.

I am also having trouble reading it but I think that Teodora's mother's surname is Espinosa.

Have you tried looking to see if there is a dispensation through the Garcia surname? Have you tried looking for its "informacion matrimonial" record?

Try reading more records from this writer and look for patterns in the letters.
