Hi Rosalind, Thank you so much for your offer. Unfortunately, I am a descendant of Valdez, Berumen,Carlos and de la Torre, on my maternal grandfather side, which is my main line of research at this time. They all are from the Jerez, Tepetongo area in Zacatecas as far back as I've gone so far, which is the mid to late 1700's.

Barbara is you tree on Nuestrosranchos?  I have all these names in my files on Rootsweb.com and just wondered if they are any of your lines.  My file is called Mexico and it is a free site. My paternal line is from the district of Jerez.

Hi Erlinda,

I only have a tree on Ancestry right now. I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to put my Valdes branch on rootsweb.com. As soon as I can figure it out I'd like to do that. Many, many hours of research that I know may help someone else.
