  • Familias de Tepatitlán: González-Domínguez y Rodríguez de Frías
By agomgar | Sun, 2012-10-07 14:10

Alejandro

Sure you can email me. Unfortuantely due too some problems with my gps I wasted quite a bit of time today and did not make to the library before it closed. If you want to send the names that will be fine. I will try to make it on Sunday.

Best,

Nochistlan's book info for Juanita

Hi Alejandro,

I hope you received my email that I sent in October. Anyway, just wanted to touch bases with you and let you know that I was able to have my local public library borrow the book from another library. I'm going to pick the book up tomorrow, so I will do a search for your relatives.

Thank you very much for your answer. As a matter of fact I am sure that book is not available for sale anymore. I've hears there are some public libraries where we could find it, but I havent had any luck. The other subject I mentioned in the post is about the Gonzalez Dominguez family.

Best Regards

I saw in the link that I gave you that book is available in Allen County Public library that is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. If you don't find the book let me know. I live in Ohio and will be going through Fort Wayne in a couple of weeks on my way to Valparaiso University to attend a seminar for work. I can email the reference librarian and see if the book is available for check out through inter library loan. If the book isn't available for checkout then on my through Fort Wayne I'd be glad to stop by and go through the book for you.

Familias de Tepatitlán:

Hello Alicia and Juanita

Thank you so much. This time I am researching about two lines.

The Gonzalez Dominguez family. I know that there is an entire chapter for the descendants of Bernardo Gonzalez Dominguez and Florencia Yanez. I am trying to connect my line to them. There is a Luis Gonzalez Dominguez married to Ana Rodriguez and want to know if they had a son also named Luis Gonzalez, married to Maria Delgadillo. Their daughter Ana Gonzalez is my ancestor.

The other line is Maria Rubio married to Joseph Cordero about 1680. I think she could be part of the Gonzalez Rubio family.

Thank you so much again. I am a newbie on Altos genealogy but have plenty of information on Nuevo Leon, Coahuila and Tamaulipas. If someday you need anything please let me know.

Alejandro.

Familias de Tepatitlan

Hi Alicia,

My family was in Tepatitlan in the early 1700's. Is there anything in your book that can tell me the ancestry of Joaquin Esteban Romero y Chavez and his wife Antonia Gomez Hurtado de Mendoza? All their children were born in Tepatitlan as were their descendants down to my father, Ramon Romero. I haven't been able to find where Joaquin and Antonia came from and when and who their ancestors were.

Thank you for any help you may be able to give me.

Hello,

I apologize if I misunderstood your request, but I believe you are trying to find a book on Nochistian. WorldCat can be very helpful in locating books in public libraries. You might be able to get your local library to get an inter library loan for you. I found this on World cat. I hope this helps..http://www.worldcat.org/title/genealogia-de-nochistlan-antiguo-reino-de…
